These guys do a poor job in property management. They let the grass on the property grow, never pick up the trash on there, let their trash area look like a free-for-all community trash bin that’s always overflowing and their bins are just placed wherever the heck.

I have rented my office for more than 10 years and about half of that time the building has been managed by Paley Commercial Real Estate, Inc. They have made great improvement to the building since they started and have been very responsive with any issues I have had. About 2 years ago we were having a/c issues and Paley was able to get both units totally replaced, which was a huge deal during the summer heat. If I have any questions or issues I can always contact Mr. Paley and his staff and they will respond in a timely manner and resolve all issues.
