We had the pleasure of working with Juda from Kaldess AC today, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Juda came to our home to perform a diagnostic on our HVAC system, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. What truly set him apart was his exceptional knowledge—he didn't just identify potential issues, he took the time to fully educate us on how our system works. In a refreshing display of transparency and professionalism, Juda actually invited me up to the roof to walk through the unit together. He explained everything in clear, understandable terms, pointed out potential issues that could arise in the future, and gave us honest guidance on what to watch for—all without any pressure or upselling. It's rare to find a technician who combines deep technical expertise with genuine customer care and patience. Juda clearly takes pride in his work and in empowering homeowners to understand their own systems. We've officially added Kaldess AC—and Juda specifically—to our trusted service companies list and will absolutely be calling them for any future HVAC needs. If you want someone who knows their craft inside and out and treats your home with respect, ask for Juda. Highly, highly recommend!

I first used them about a year ago when my heater went out during the coldest part of winter. I have elderly parents living with me, and I was traveling at the time. Juda worked with my teenage son to get it fixed. They came out the same day, got it working quickly, and charged a fair price. Fast forward to this year when my heater started blowing only cold air. Juda came out on a Sunday because he knew how important it was with my parents here. He figured out the problem right away and took care of it. As a single mom who doesn't know much about HVAC stuff, it means everything to work with someone I can trust. Juda is honest and reliable, and I really appreciate that.

We needed to get our HVAC system and furnace checked because it stopped working right before we moved in. I had called a few other companies, but Juda had the quickest response time and was by far the kindest. He came out first thing the next morning and got everything working again right away. On top of that, he walked us through maintenance and shared tips on how to keep our system running smoothly. As first-time homeowners, this was so helpful and we really appreciated how patient he was with all our questions. He was honest, straightforward, and never tried to upsell us on anything. I'm so glad I trusted everyone's Yelp reviews! We had a great experience with Juda and highly recommend!

Five stars doesn’t begin to describe this company from the top down every Employee, including the owner are well-versed polite, educated willing to help an extremely good at what they do maybe I got lucky because all the other companies that I called were trying to screw me and the only reason I know this is because the quotes were almost 50% higher than what I was told by these guys I can’t recommend them enough with it being LA and so many options to choose from and the constant fear at least that I had of somebody coming in and screwing something up or taking advantage because I don’t know shit about ACs so please whatever you do take my advice stop looking you found the best AC company in LA !
