I’m giving 360 Pest Control 3 stars because, although the technician appeared knowledgeable and explained the company’s long-term plan, I felt my immediate concern was repeatedly dismissed. The plan was to seal the exterior entry points first and then address the rodents already inside, so they would not become trapped in the walls. I understood that reasoning. However, there was also a specific interior opening where rats were actively entering the living area at night. My dog has been waking me around 3:00 a.m. when the rats enter, and the full exterior work was not scheduled until the following week. I repeatedly asked whether that particular opening could be temporarily secured so I could safely sleep until the permanent work was completed. Instead of discussing a temporary solution or acknowledging the urgency, the technician continued repeating the same general procedure and insisted that nothing should be sealed yet. The conversation became tense, and I acknowledge that I raised my voice while speaking with my landlord. However, I expected a pest-control professional to remain calm, listen to the tenant’s immediate concerns, and clearly explain what temporary measures could or could not be taken. The company may have a sound long-term process, but the customer service and communication in this situation were disappointing. I did not feel heard, and no practical solution was offered for the immediate rodent entry problem.

360 Rodent Control was amazing! Everyone was so polite, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me. The customer staff team in the office was helpful, responsive, and made scheduling easy, while the technicians took care of my rodent issue quickly and thoroughly. They came out quickly and took care of my rodent problem without any hassle. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and providing great service making the whole process easy and stress-free . Highly recommend them to anyone dealing with unwanted furry roommates! The rodents may have thought they signed a lease, but 360 Rodent Control served them an eviction notice! Micah and the team at 360 Rodent Control were great. We found evidence of rats in our home and reached out for help; Micah came out promptly, did a thorough inspection, and clearly explained what he found, what was causing the problem, and the steps they’d take to fix it. He answered all my questions and provided a clear, straightforward quote so I knew exactly what to expect. The service that followed has been excellent. The crew arrived on time, cleaned up all the affected areas, and sealed everything so we’re not dealing with ongoing issues or new activity. Everyone was professional, respectful of our home, and left everything neat and tidy.

After doing a lot of research, I contacted 360 rodent control and Micah came out the very next day and did a thorough inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure we understood the scope of what was going on and how to remedy it. We’d just purchased this house and the rats were a surprise and 360 rodent control completely took care of it. Santiago and his crew came out for the blocking and they were extremely thorough and we haven’t seen any evidence of rodents anymore which is such a huge relief. Soo grateful to both Micah and Santiago!!

I called 360 Rodent Control to inspect my parents home who had scratching noises coming from the ceiling. They were able to schedule an inspection that week. Tom came by and quickly assessed the situation in the attic confirming there was evidence of rats not mice and then proceeded to walk the perimeter of the property pointing out potential entry areas that his team would address. He even pointed out that there was already some effort made to address certain entry areas and explained why they may not have been as effective. He then walked me through the packages offered by 360 Rodent control in detail. I appreciated the no pressure explanation and understanding of budget. I scheduled my service the same day for the following week. The team did great work and i am very pleased with the end result. Tom was great communicating throughout the entire process.
