I used Bay Cities Construction to repair my home after a flooding incident. They are local and I have used Bay Cities for a homeowners association project. I wasn't sure that they do a smaller project as mine. Alex, Casey, Dan, and Adrian have all been honest and responsive. Work was a bit delayed due to illness but I appreciated that no one was working in my home during the pandemic with any type of illness. All was completed to my satisfaction. My home repairs included, new flooring, and new bathroom fixtures. I would recommend Bay Cities.

I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my home. The work has been spread out over two years and Bay Cities has worked with me on design and within my budget. So far we have remodeled two bathrooms, put down hardwood floors, seismic retrofit, a newly remodeled kitchen and now working on a new driveway and back yard space. Everyone who had worked on my home has been professional and respectful. Management is responsive to questions and concerns. They listened to what I wanted and made sure I knew the pros and cons.

Bay Cities Construction remodeled our kitchen last summer. I am very plesed with how everything turned out. The quality of the work was fantastic and the job was finished right on schedule. Alex had some great ideas on how to handle some unique challenges we had. I am happy we used Bay Cities for our project.

Wow, Bay Cities Construction and Alex are fantastic. The job got done fast and on budget. The greatest part of all is that I got update constantly on how the job was moving. Thanks for all your wonderful suggestions, I am looking forward to our next remodeling project.

Bay Cities Construction did a complete bathroom remodel, a large staircase reconstruction, as well as intensive refurbishment inside our new home (paint entire interior, wall/ceiling skimming, installed all new recessed lighting throughout home, etc). The work was clean, on budget, and on time. Working with Alex and his team from planning to completion was professional and responsive. Very glad to have found Bay Cities Construction and already saving for our next project with Alex!
