Was referred to this company by my neighbor and have been very pleased with the quality of customer service they have provided. They have been very understanding and were willing to walk me through how to set up payroll. I am especially impressed with Kayla Gonzalez from her professionalism and expertise.

This company blows me away at how unprofessional they are. They have induced anxiety attacks because it's unnerving that these people are handling paying my employees. We have had numerous supervisors and all of them have been unresponsive. Of course, sometimes they do their job but I'm upset that I was ever recommended using this company. It feels like they employee people who have little to no experience in this field and then provide zero training for these people. I don't blame the employees, I blame whomever runs this company. DO BETTER! Please do not ever, ever, consider using this company.

Marginal at best. Agents don't respond to requests. Emails are "lost" No ownership of accounts.

Horrible Company! Constantly changing personal from customer accounts without proper training and do not take ownership of mistakes.

I have had the pleasure to work with Netpay Payroll for 10 years. Their professionalism and service has been incredible.
