I’ve been with FIA Insurance for many years. I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received. Alan has always been professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance.

sharing this note I wrote to the company head after super commendable service from Alan Ip. I HIGHLY recommend him for his swift, responsive, professional service. Alan expertly found me a Home Owners Policy that was about $500 less than my previous agent at another company due to carefully looking at my insurance needs, and exactly how to write up policy! Thank you Alan!! "I just wanted to write you a brief note letting you know that in my recent shopping for Home Owner’s Insurance and Earthquake Insurance coverage, due to unfavorable service and lack of responsiveness with my last agency, I had the great pleasure and fortune to be connected to Alan Ip through my long time friend's referral. Alan was patient and thorough with his information and swiftly reworked estimate three times (or more?) as we adjusted details of coverage. He was polite, responsive, knowledgable and a true pleasure to work with. I cannot tell you what a goodwill builder it is that you encourage and support such personal responsiveness in your company. Alan’s service(besides a good honest and reasonable quote) is the reason why I changed companies. I would absolutely refer others to your company and specifically to Alan. I hope there is a system in place at your company to recognize and reward commendable service- if so, I nominate Alan for such recognition :). Sincerely, you new customer"
