We had a lot of work done with Soo Hipp and the experience was easy from the initial quote to the final inspections for city permits. The work included whole house repiping (water and drain lines), a trenchless repair of our sewage line (CIPP), installation of clean-outs, hose bibs, Moen leak detection unit, irrigation stub-out, bathroom fixtures, and many other miscellaneous items. Eddie was very thorough in our interactions, answering all of our questions and working with us to ensure that the work was completed according to our expectations. He was transparent with pricing and stayed true to the initial estimate. We were able to promptly begin work and although we encountered some challenges with changing city regulations, Eddie adapted well and promptly coordinated with city inspectors and his team to obtain updated appropriate permits. He made sure that our concerns were addressed throughout it all and provided closed loop communication on project progress. Hugo was also an instrumental part of the team in making sure that everything was done well and up to code. Overall we're very satisfied with the work done and will look to Soo Hipp in the future for our plumbing needs.

I hired Soo Hipp Plumbing and Drains to install my Waterdrop X16 RO system, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They sent two technicians, Jose and another gentleman, and both did an outstanding job. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very kind throughout the entire installation. They patiently answered all of my questions and took great care to make sure everything was installed correctly and neatly. Their attention to detail and workmanship were impressive, and they made sure I understood how the system worked before they left. I highly recommend Soo Hipp Plumbing and Drains to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality plumbing services. Thank you, Jose and the team, for a job well done!

I’m very happy with the service of Soo Hipp Plumbing. The team kept me informed of the schedule and estimated arrival time. My technician, Jose, was very kind, highly skilled, and professional, and he solved the problem. Pricing was fair and transparent and my plumbing issue was solved. They did work for another family member as well, who recommended them. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Hippsoo Plumbing is the best! Jose and Hugo provided expert service replacing a 20 yr old water heater with a new 70 gal. California code approved high quality Bradford White unit. They were quite personable and professional. They answered all our questions and were extremely helpful improving our home. We highly recommend them .

The guys that completed the job were very professional and patient. They answered all of my questions. They even were able to move my washer and dryer before and after the repair because they were in the way. They did an amazing job! So happy 😀
