I want to highly recommend Victor And Sons Drain Solutions. I manage six Phenix Salon Suites throughout LA County and have worked with them for several years. Throughout our time they have consistently supported my locations and provided exceptional service. Victor And Sons Drain Solutions is incredibly reliable, regardless of the time. They have even responded to an emergency water leak for me at 2:00 AM. Their commitment to quality has remained consistent since the first day I used their services. Additionally, their customer service team is always helpful and diligent about following up on any questions or concerns. I rarely write reviews, but the outstanding service provided by Victor And Sons certainly warrants one.

I had an excellent experience with the leak inspection service. Esvanyeli, the secretary, was very professional and responsive. She scheduled the appointment quickly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Hector, the inspector, was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to carefully inspect the issue, explained his findings clearly, and answered all of my questions. He was kind, helpful, and respectful throughout the visit. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Victor & Sons have been our plumbers for years because they respond promptly, and they are reliable, knowledgeable, informative and most importantly, honest. They installed a water purification system for us, which is a lot better than buying bottled water. They have done several jobs for us throughout the years, so whether your problems are large or small, we feel they have the expertise to handle them. The best part is, they definitely make you feel that they care!

I had a mix of plumbing issues and was recommended to give Victor and Sons a call. I called them on Saturday evening and they were extremely accommodating. They offered to come the same day and gave me a heads up that it would be overtime prices, so we agreed that they could come Monday between 10AM-12PM. Victor, our technician, showed up at 10:30AM which was great, I didn’t spend the full timeframe waiting around! He fixed a draining issue in our sink in our master bathroom, and replaced 2 parts of our toilet that were causing it to refill slowly. In our second bathroom, the seal had broken and water was leaking on the floor when the toilet was flushed. After troubleshooting, he suggested that it would be best to completely replace the toilet. He took measurements, picked up the new toilet, and installed it in the same day. I was extremely appreciative that they went the extra step to make sure we were taken care of. Victor and Sons will be my go-to for any plumbing issues we have! Thank you so much!

Victor is very knowledgeable, personable, and comes up with efficient and aesthetically pleasing solutions. He and his crew installed Moen water shutoff valves in a couple of my townhomes and they turned out looking very professionally done. First photo is from an installation done by someone else at my sister-in-laws house. I couldn’t decide whether to laugh or cry when I saw what was done. The 2nd photo is from one of the two installations done by V.A.S. Super clean. No comparison! They are the best!!!
