SCAM ARTISTS! Placed an order for a voltage detector, non-cancellable, non-returnable, had to pay in advance with credit card. A YEAR LATER they finally shipped, only to have shipped the wrong thing and they've been AWOL ever since. They also do business as Haus of Tools - stay away, total fraudsters operating out of a garage in Torrance.

Avoid purchasing from this company as they are very dishonest. I purchased a Wera tool kit though their Amazon storefront, I decided to return the item and shipped it back via UPS per their instructions. Their company charged me a 50% restocking fee because they didn’t like the way the UPS store shipped the item back to them. Do not purchase from this dishonest company or you might regret it! I see that this company has many bad reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

I was going to leave a four star review until I saw that EIO somehow has an overall 1.4 star average on Google Maps. That's pretty ridiculous. I was kind of miffed by the fact that I ordered a screwdriver on Tuesday night and it didn't ship out until Saturday, four days later. I was also surprised by the fact that my screwdriver showed up in a padded envelope with just a shipping label-- no box or packaging from the manufacturer at all. It was just a screwdriver in an envelope. Aside from all that, like I said, this company doesn't deserve to have a 1.4 star rating. I got the screwdriver I ordered in less than a week. I paid $10 less for it than I would've on another site. For anyone reading these reviews, all I can say is that it seems to me like this business has been targeted. I have no way of knowing that for sure, but I know that I didn't have a terrible experience with EIO.

Complete SCAM of a store! Ordered 2 Klein aprons and one came damaged, we only noticed this defect after my husband wore it ONE TIME. I took Eio Storefront's word that they would send a replacement so I returned the damaged apron that had a hole in the pocket. This scam artist said he mailed the replacement (lie #1), then changed his tune and said I sent him a used older model apron and that there was no hole in the apron I sent him and that his "Klein rep" told him it's an older model apron (lie #2)! The only apron I mailed back to him was the one he sent me. We spoke to Klein Tools directly and sent them the picture (shown below) of the apron the owner of Eio emailed me saying I sent him the wrong apron back (this guy doesn't even know his own merchandise) and Klein stated the apron was "visibly in great condition" and she immediately could see the hole from the way the stitching was sewn on the pocket and stated Eio Storefront should warranty this apron as these are Klein Company guarantees, Klein also said no one at Eio Storefront ever contacted or spoke to any Klein rep. (lie #3) Owner of Eio Storefront will NOT Warranty and will NOT even send me back the "old dirty" apron so Klein Tools can warranty directly. Eio Storefront has my money and my product!! His only response is that I mailed him an apron that is over a year old and he's so sorry that Amazon policy will not allow him to refund. He's a piece of garbage hiding behind Amazon!

WARNING! SCAM! STAY AWAY!! Absolutely horrible!! This place is a scam! It’s been 9 months and they still haven’t shipped out my package! At first the company seemed to be decent and honest about things and asked many of us to wait patiently regarding our orders but eventually they stopped providing updates. They’ve asked people that are essential and first line workers to reach out to them and they would ship out those packages to them. However, when I reached out about being an essential employee, I was told something completely different. I’ve reached out a couple of times and each time they’ve responded very rudely and failed to provide an update. Supposedly we’re not able to request a refund either and must donate our order if we no longer want it. I’m still waiting for my order til this day. I’ll be filing a complaint with the federal trade commission!
