A great company to work with. They've done two jobs on my property over the last few years and did a great job and provided helpful advice on both occasions. The reps I dealt with were professional and friendly. Would definitely work with them again.

For no obvious reason we discovered a large hole in our roof near the parapet wall. Andrew responded quickly, and in short order had his team on the roof. In a few short days the flat roof was remade better than new. Call Andrew.

UPDATED review: They honored their warranty and replaced the tiles that were lifting! All I had to do was send a demand letter by certified mail. All in all I am happy that the lifting tiles were replaced so I don’t have to worry about rain getting in or under them. Second review: 4 years later some of the roof tiles are lifting. It wouldn’t be a problem if they honored their 5 year labor warranty and fixed it. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone and the voicemail box is always full. When I talk to the office staff they have no idea what’s going on and always say they’ll call me back. I’ve been trying to get them to fix it and they’ve been giving me the run-around for over 2 months now-no plans to get it fixed and they’re probably hoping to ignore it until the labor warranty expires. They told me that the manufacturer needs to do an inspection but I called the manufacturer and they don’t send out inspectors at all. ¯\(°_o)/¯ Original review: The price was fair and right in the middle of other bids, considering the current cost of lumber. Andrew gave me lots of helpful information, was patient, easy to reach by phone and answered all my questions. The crew was very professional and they worked quickly to get the job done well. My new roof looks amazing, I am very pleased and my neighbors are happy too!

I highly recommend Americas Best Roofing! They did a fantastic job for a reasonable price and were completely professional from start to finish. The crew was great and did a thorough cleanup every day. The most impressive part was when they came back after hours to put plastic on our roof when an unexpected storm popped up, saving our house from the rain. Their dedication and work ethic are top-notch.

America's Best Roofing Company and Max was a unique pleasure to work with. After receiving proposals from 5 other roofers, Max gave us the most confidence in his proposal and the fairest price that we found. He was incredibly helpful in the color and product selection on the roof, really going the extra mile to make sure that he helped us choose the product that we really wanted. He was also incredibly upfront with his schedule, was ready to start work when he said he would be, and finished on time. We also had zero issues with the permits, inspections, and were very happy with the details of the roofing and the final product. Without a doubt, we'll be using America's Best Roofing Company for all our future roofing projects.
