We fully recommend Desert Sun Roofing Torrance. They have handled several roof repair jobs for us over the years and helped extend the life of our roof with smart patching and targeted fixes, so we did not have to rush into a full roof replacement. Since we moved into this home, this is the fourth time we have used them for roofing work, and each experience has been very good. The previous owner had the entire roof replaced by another roofer without removing the old shingles first, which led to a lot of roofing problems later. The crew carefully addressed those trouble spots and explained what was needed in a clear, simple way. They showed good knowledge of shingles, underlayment, and leak-prone areas, and the repairs were done with attention to detail. We have been very happy with the results. The roof repair was fairly straightforward, the team arrived on time, and the work was finished in one day by late afternoon. They may not be the lowest price, but the workmanship, reliability, and overall value made us feel confident we were getting quality roofing service for the money.

From start to finish, our roof replacement was excellent. The old roof had four layers of shingles over wood shakes, so the roofing crew had to tear it all the way down and install new roof decking. The estimate was very competitive, and the crew did a thorough job cleaning up the job site each day and again when the project was finished. Maurice, our account representative, was outstanding throughout the whole process. From putting together the quote to answering all of my many questions, Maurice was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond. He also checked in daily to make sure everything was going smoothly. The project took a little longer because of the heavy tear-off work, the redecking, and the design of our home with multiple stories, steep roof slopes, and dormers. Even with that, the workmanship, communication, and overall service were top-notch. I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing a full roof replacement.

One of my rental properties had heavy storm damage, and the roof and skylights needed fast attention. The crew came out the same day to tarp the damaged skylights and secure the roof right away. Within just a few days, they had a roofing team on site and the full roof replacement moving smoothly. They also worked closely with my insurance company, helped improve the shingle quality, and added better roof venting to help keep the home cooler during the hot weather. On top of that, they replaced all the gutters, so everything looked clean and complete when the job was done. Very dependable roofers, easy to work with, and professional from start to finish. I would gladly use them again for future roofing projects.

It was a pleasure working with this roofing team. Jason helped us with the insurance claim process and made everything much easier. The roof replacement and interior repair work were excellent, and the results look great. We feel confident that if any issue ever comes up, the warranty will be honored. The office team, roof installers, and drywall repair crew were efficient, hardworking, and professional from start to finish. Cleanup was also outstanding, and they left the property in very good shape. The interior repairs from the roof leak were done so well that you cannot tell where the damage was before. We highly recommend this roofing company for roof replacement, leak repair, and related interior restoration work.
