Very professional and creative experience at FastSigns in Torrance. Britt was outstanding!! She reached out to me by telephone when I was having trouble navigating the Fonts site and walked me through it. Great service!!

I had an outstanding experience with Fast Signs and Brittany Herrera was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. She was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything easy from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and the final product looks amazing. It's rare to find this level of customer service and attention to detail these days. Highly recommend Fast Signs and especially Brittany for anyone looking for high-quality signage. I've used Fast Signs in the past and they've been great but this location couldn't complete a small job in a week turn around (another printer said the same job was just a 1 day turn around) and were overcharging for needs - asked my budget before quoting.

This is the one time in life I wish I could give zero stars! Absolutely the WORST experience and they should call themselves Slow (excuses) Signs. I paid DOUBLE for a rush order that they promised to be ready next morning. No one called and they hadn’t even sent a proof before 11a. Then when I called, they told me it wouldn’t be ready til the evening. I told them that was unacceptable so then after 2 more calls they promised 2p. It is 2:44p and I am at their offices and they do not have my sign and said its not even at this location. They made an excuse that Marco helping me was new and he shouldn’t have made promises. Meanwhile I have spoken with 3 reps and they have offered nothing. There are so many options in town do not go to this place ever. When I called the manager, Ryan, he refused to take my call on a recorded line.

The final decal product on our bus looks fantastic. Working specifically with Brittany was easy as she continued to work patiently with my back and forth questions and redos before the final draft. We were pleased with the completed work which looks professionally done and looks so good. I would highly recommend using Fastsigns, Torrance for your decal project.
