I called to request information for a business office. I need an on-site physical address. I am fine with paying for a decent small office, whether I decided to utilize the physical space or not. He was dismissive and told me to "check Craigs list" and to "tell my friends to keep their eye open" then said happy holidays and hung up. Did not ask any clarifying questions, inquire about location, discuss pricing etc. I get that you may get calls from people just wanting an address, but each caller is unique and it's really poor customer service to not even consider a give and take conversation regarding needs/options. Update: I have more 5 star reviews than 1 star and no, you were just that rude. We got into a reasonable building for a great price. No i didn't "just need a p.o. box" or I would've gotten one. I needed a small on site. Thanks again for nothing. You spent more time responding to my review than you did assisting when I called.
