BQE makes it very easy to manage your time performance which is crucial to an architectural office. They give you a very clean and simple interface making it very easy to use and understand. Overall, I've had a great experience with BQE. It has made me a much more organized person in terms of my job and managing the hours of our projects.

BQE Core does a great job with Billing and Invoicing, Time Management and workflow automation. The implementation process was a little clunky, but the team is responsive and wants the experience to be solid. QBO is not a very good platform for professional service organizations. BQE Core is a far superior product.

I use this daily at my company. I switched to this system after using another finance system for 18 years and it was an easy interface and allowed for minimal training so even our entry level staff picked it up quickly. BQE is used to track all time and expenses in order to review project budgets, project backlog as well as invoicing. Once the data is entered we are able to filter using BQE T&E reviewer to drill down by date, employee, task or expense to get all the info for each project transaction.
