If there were 0 stars, I'd give century link 0 stars. My internet has been out in Arizona for a week and they say I can't get an appointment to fix it for another week and a half. I run an AirBnB and will have to refund guests hundreds of dollars when they show up to my home without internet. Internet is working for other customers in town so this is just a problem with my line I'm told. It should take one or two days max to fix the line, I get that but 2.5 weeks is unreasonable and unworkable. I can't wait until there are more options and we can ditch century link for good!

Have had Centurylink on 3 different accounts. Left first one due long term down lines on my property and substandard service. Centurylink barely maintains their overhead. My second property a hotel was left with 2 broken poles and downed lines in our common area for almost a year. Several calls and finally poles got replaced after putting my guests in danger for months. Last one service cancelled last October from Centurylink to Xfinity to save over $100/month for significantly better service. CenturyLink continued to charge full amount to my mother, 88, after disconnect and cancellation. When disputed US Bank upheld our dispute. Centurylink after losing the dispute placed the charge of over $1000 back on my moms account after losing the dispute. They changed their billing name to Lumen to get by the block of Comcast on the CC. This is complete fraud as no service was provided and they were already put on notice for fraud from US Bank. Now I have to start a new fraud process all over again and they have charged more than the dispute they originally lost. End of Story they do not maintain lines for service, encourage unsafe business practices, allow lines to inhibit access to private property and use merchant service priveledges fraudulently.

They are the absolute worst. Canceled service 3 times and kept getting billed by their offshore accounting and customer service departments
