We recently had the pleasure of working with Fire Testing Solutions on a two-floor, 30,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement build-out in Costa Mesa, and I cannot speak highly enough of their team. They truly went above and beyond—spending several hours on-site with the inspector, adjusting and servicing fire alarm devices that were technically outside of their scope for our TI project. Their dedication to getting the job done right was evident every step of the way. From the office staff to the field technicians, everyone we interacted with was professional, courteous, and highly attentive. Their crew brings over 30 years of field experience, and it shows. They were quick to assess the situation, identify issues, and implement effective solutions—helping keep the project on track without any added stress. Their pricing is competitive, their knowledge is extensive, and their communication is top-notch. Email response times were fast, and coordination throughout the job was seamless. I highly recommend Fire Testing Solutions for fire alarm servicing, monitoring, or any related work. They were a pleasure to work with and made the process smooth and efficient. I’m already looking forward to the next opportunity to collaborate with them. A truly outstanding company.

This company is top notch. They delivered on what they promised and did it in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with all the staff I dealt with. Very professional and always tended to our needs right away. It’s hard now a days to find company’s that hold them self to a high standard. I normally don’t write reviews but after working with FTS I felt I had no choice. They come highly recommended
