I strongly advise looking elsewhere for HVAC service. Real Time Bros does not stand behind their written warranty commitments and uses inaccurate diagnostics to push high-priced system replacements. In July 2024, they added refrigerant and UV leak sealant to our A/C unit with an explicit 2-year warranty stated on the invoice: if the temporary seal failed within two years, the $920 paid would apply toward locating and completing a permanent fix. When our cooling failed within that warranty window, a technician returned and completely refused to honor the guarantee: Misleading Diagnosis: They claimed the unit was fully operational and insisted the issue was an "undersized" system, quoting over $11,000 for a full replacement. This 2.5-ton unit had cooled the home effectively for over a decade and was never flagged as undersized during their 2024 visit. Dismissive Service: They denied any leak existed and dismissed our warranty inquiry by labeling the visit a "nuisance call." Proven Wrong: We brought in a second licensed HVAC contractor for an independent assessment. They immediately confirmed the system was low on refrigerant due to a slow leak. Once properly recharged, the unit went right back to cooling normally. Instead of honoring their warranty or being upfront about leak-search options, Real Time Bros misrepresented the issue to push an unnecessary $11k+ installation. Save yourself the frustration and hire an honest contractor who stands behind their work.

Real Time Bros installed our HVAC unit 5 years ago and we were very pleased with technicians, customer service, everything. Present day we had some electrical issues and they sent out tech Roman who was exceptional---friendly, respectful, and able to diagnose/fix our problem quickly and at a reasonable/fair price. Highly recommend this company---they are actually honest, stand by their work and really seem to care about their clients.

Highly recommend real time bros for the following reasons: 1. Most competitive prices (based on 10 other quotes I received for the same service). The staff is very friendly and extremely clean. They took their time covering my appliances, explaining each step they were going to do. Shout out to Abel and Anthony! Alvin, without even telling him about my interest, noticed I had a lot of smart home features and recommended a different ductless AC unit that was more suited for my needs and had a higher energy rating than the one I initially wanted. Other AC companies did not do that. 4. They followed procedures (city/HOA) very well, and the whole process was seamless. They walked me through everything.

Alex was very knowledgable and did quick work on tuning up my system. In addition, he inform me on potential issues that might need fixing down the line, but did not pressure me into getting work done. It was a pleasant experience.

Recently bought a home in Orange with no AC a wife toddler and new born, there was a really weird heatwave rite after the baby was born in early February and thank god it did happen because while there was a whole lot of cranky ppl in the house it opened my eyes to how badly we needed AC, we originally planned to try a summer without it because we had spent so much money the last year, I had at least 7 different companies that came in and offered a wide range of pricing for either mini split systems or central air conditioning and I was so shocked by the amounts I was getting presented, it was pretty disheartening, felt like AC would be like buying a new truck, thank god Peter with Real time bros came through, I’m not saying I went with them because they were the cheapest because they weren’t but they had amazing reviews and a fair price with 0% financing, made the decision very easy, Peter was really helpful with anything I needed to get to my HOA and scheduling was easy, when installation day came around I was told it would be a 3 day project, with a 3 month old being out of the house for 3 days felt like impossible (they said I could stay if I wanted to but wanted to be out of their way) luckily Osvaldo and Benjamin are not only fast but produce clean work and were able to finish in 2 days, even stayed a little longer day 2 to get it done that day, so appreciative of those 2 guys the absolutely killed it, highly recommend
