I faced the first tenant eviction of my life, and let me tell you dealing with an irrational tenant who makes who loves creating problems and drama, it can bring you to your knees. I see the negative reviews of Mr. Silverstein and the perceived rudeness, but he’s exactly the attorney you need. He’s no nonsense, he gets straight to the point and he gets results - and that’s exactly what you need. At first, I made the mistake of thinking a generalist attorney could handle my matter and it only greatly extended my situation by several months and this mistake caused me torture on myself and my family, which was terrible. You may think this is an exaggeration, but until you’ve dealt with a bad tenant and the way it can drag out, you just don’t know. If you’re facing an eviction necessity, with a difficult tenant, don’t hesitate, don’t ruminate about it and definitely don’t think that you can rationalize with the person, that was my mistake. Simply pick up the phone, fill out the forms and hire Mr. Silverstein and his staff. Once you do that you’re in the hands of professionals who know exactly what they’re doing and don’t need a lot of extra discussion on the matter. This is a highly specialized and procedural area of the law that needs to be handled by somebody who knows exactly what they’re doing. That’s Mr. Silverstein!!

I had already served a three day pay rent notice, and Attorney Silverstein handled the eviction so quickly and professionally that I had my home back almost immediately with the renter asking what happened?

Mr. Silverstein was recommended to us by our real estate agent. I’ve never dealt with an eviction and was willing to pay whatever I needed to to make it happen. My first interaction was so fast and they couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough and I kept trying to kind of explain what I needed, but they had no interest in hearing the details. They sent me over the papers to fill in my credit card information and answer A questionnaire. The questionnaire wasn’t really addressing what our concerns were so I called them back before sending everything over to just make sure I was filling out the right information. My interaction with him was probably the rudest conversation I’ve had in my entire life. He kept interrupting me and telling me to stop talking. He was impatient with my answers and seems to feel it was my fault when he realized he sent over the wrong forms for me. I’m also pretty sure if I’ve been a man, he wouldn’t have spoken to me as rudely as he did. I’ll be seeking help from somebody else for sure. I have no idea who these people are that are giving him five stars. I was horrified.

Ok let me write a true unbias comment. I am a Periodontist and I saw Mr. Silverstein in action in the courtroom. He is amazing. Very professional, knows his stuff cold ! I however, encountered a disappointing experience at the front desk. The two young ladies manning the reception were notably rude and dismissive. They seemed uninterested in assisting and even responded curtly to questions. This behavior not only created an uncomfortable atmosphere but also impacted my overall impression of the office. I hope the management will take steps to improve the customer service and ensure a more welcoming and professional environment in future. I sure wish I could work with Mr. Silverstein himself, but knowing that I have to deal with his staff specially these two ladies, I refrain from going back to this law practice !
