The consummate professional...he is a man of his word in a world that is in need of the same. I highly recommend David Simon for any loan related endeavors. I will definitely refer his services with pride.

Dave helped me with a refinance on my house. He is patient and knowledgeable and helped me identify exactly the right time to get the most out of my refinance. I feel confident that Dave got me the best rate possible for my scenario. I am grateful for his dedication to helping me achieve this goal in a way that was beneficial for my family.
