I placed an order at another Best Buy and it ended up at this store. I called customer service to verify and they said it was the correct item. I had to drive further and it ended up being the wrong item they put aside that I had purchased. Then they couldn’t refunded me and said I had to go in the app and cancel the order myself. Well can’t even cancel it. Had to try to reorder and didn’t even try to offer a discount or something for all the mess ups, time and gas spent doing all this.

Everyone in this store is super-helpful! They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Today I met with Adam Z from Geek Squad to repair a computer. He told me about all of my options and there were no surprises, fee-wise. Then Mateo helped me understand the difference between Nintendo Switch games and consoles. Soo helpful!

Best Buy has gone downhill. You cannot call and speak with someone on a store. When you are in the store, you get ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Over the last 20 years I have bought at least 20 computers 10 tvs, multiple appliances. Cell phones for out whole family every 2-3 years. I will NEVER go back!!!!!!

No one wants to do a return or stand in the pickup line the day before Christmas. That said, it was a completely painless endeavor due to this location's organization and enough manpower to prevent chaos. Greatly appreciated!!! Additionally, they gratefully had exactly what had been requested from Santa and it was competitively priced. Hope this brick and mortar survives!

This location is trash. Not helpful, very odd customer service from the store employees who act as if they don’t care or ask the oddest questions. Don’t feel welcomed or ever anyone available for help. You have to hunt someone down and for them to be of no help or value. Even the managers are incapable of completing a simple return. I go into buy a 80 inch tv, yes… I am aware and prepared to take home, why else would I be there. When being rang up, and being rudely asked and asked what type of vehicle, we have with no follow through with help just okay, cause we can’t keep it here for more than an hour while we run to the next door Home Depot to buy tie downs is not a good customer experience. Thanks for the most unhelpful service and making customers feel uncomfortable and unwilling to accept a return purchased less than 2 weeks ago, and being turned away. Upon walking in the whole vibe is weird and the inventory sucks. There’s no housekeeping and items are misplaced and the store and associates don’t care. Go to the Costa Mesa near 405 and south coast is the only location I’ll ever go to anymore
