Neal Shireman was an excellent help. I am happy that this Microcenter has knowledgeable networking people and not just some people who have no knowledge of IT stuff. Highly recommend this Microcenter for their great layout. The automated filament rack is Amazing. I also love the fact they have good Ubiquiti selection.

God bless MicroCenter! What an awesome and stress free process to get my first PC thanks to their reservation system. Shoutout to Manager May M and Cashier Bryan B for making sure I was able to get the best prices available for everything I wanted :)

This place is like The Costco of electronics everything you need under one roof. A good friend that pretty much is family to me built me a costume computer, we picked out all the components and an employee helped us with everything priced match an item he knew was cheaper on Amazon . Great experience going down here I recommend come here for everything and if you liked Fry’s Electronics you will love Micro Center

We live in San Diego. The closest Micro Center to us is in Tustin, CA (about 90 minutes in ideal traffic). We spent the last 3 weeks working with the folks at the Tech Bar to resolve a problem with my 3yo mid-tower desktop randomly crashing 2-3 times a day. We started by replacing the PSU. Nope. Kept crashing. We first took it into Micro Center for diagnosis. Nick did a wonderful job of identifying one potential problem. When I built the system initially 3 years ago, I mounted the CPU fan (single tower) backwards and, per Nick, it was insufficient to cool that particular Intel CPU. However when we got home, the system continued to randomly crash several times a time. Next we tried a local place and even though they had the system for over a day, they were not able to identify whether it was the motherboard or the video card. I worked with Micro Center's Custom PC Builder web page (and discovered some JS software defects on that page) but was able to put together a new build based on the Advanced Build. They had all of the parts in stock (except that the second the pair of DIMMs jumped in price since the first was added to the order) so Bryan built it this last Monday. We brought the old system up on Tuesday so that he could pull the M2 SSDs and a single SATA drive (D:) out of the old and move it to the new. Both Nick and Bryan did an excellent job of keeping us informed via text message (pictures too!) and I'm happy with the new build.
