Pleasant environment for a visitor. Parking easy. Close to freeway. No odd persons so seems safe.

If I could give negative stars, I would. There is so much turnover here, and the next person "managing" will leave you with issues and unresolved fees. We have had so many property managers, and out of six only one has been helpful. We had property stolen (worth several thousand) from our office space with no sign of forced entry within a private office, and when we shared our problem there was no concern or actions taken. When we requested a lock placed they CHARGED US a well overpriced cost. When we moved out finally, they did not respond to numerous emails asking for the move out steps. When they did respond weeks later, two weeks after we moved out THEY CHARGED US AGAIN!! We had spoken on the phone and they never mentioned anything. It wasn't until we got a charge and questioned it, they gave separate answers and said verbatim, "I am not too aware of the move out and accounting terms." Save yourself the trouble and money, and steer clear of this unprofessional "management" office space.

Need a affordable office and good location and quite..this is the spot

At that place you can pay for car registration and also do your errands; you can do both things at the same time.
