This a review about a DRIVER for this company. He cut me off on the 118 fwy west on 08/06/25 at 6:40 am in the carpool lane. I had to slam on my breaks so hard, my 1 year old panicked and started crying. YES! I had a baby in my car. Not only does this driver decides to cut us off but when I honked and flashed my high beams at him from behind him, he also dropped his speed significantly and NO vehicle was in front of him. I called the company and asked to speak to the supervisor of the drivers and told him what had just happened. He claimed he knew who the driver was by looking at the gps tracker, I guess. He apologized to me and said he would take care of it. Please beware of this driver!

From initial contact I was provided with a quote same day and not only was it a quote... they worked with my budget ... they understood that I was a small business and even then was given top service. The services provided were completed in the time frame I needed. The final inspection with RVCFD was turned around within 24hrs and passed inspection same day . Basle really rocked it ! I will be using them again for my next office in the near future.

I called Advanced Fire and they answered right away. He came the same day of my call, was very punctual and profesional. Provided very rational price. Excellent work. Thank you for your professionalism.

Great service thank you!
