Update: there were extenuating circumstances and Anthony came by today to take a look at the issues. Repair scheduled for Thursday so I’ll update again after that. I really expected I would be writing a five star review for Budget Flooring, but unfortunately, their customer service has been significantly lacking since we reported some issues with our flooring after the installation was complete. We are definitely satisfied with the quality of the flooring and the price we paid for the job. Communication BEFORE and DURING the installation was great- timely and efficient. However, since we reported issues with our new flooring on April 21, communication slowed and has since stopped completely. Anthony did respond to our initial messages about the movement and creaking with the floor in a few area on April 22. The last we heard from him was on April 23 when he said he could possibly send workers out early next week (which would have been April 27th or 28th). We have sent him numerous text messages since April 23rd, as well as called him MANY times, and our messages and calls have gone unanswered and unacknowledged. Barring an emergency or crisis (and if that is what the reason for the lack of communication is, I would certainly be more understanding), to be completely ghosted by the company we chose to for this job which cost thousands of dollars, is completely unacceptable. It's been 13 days since we reported an issue, and radio silence for the past 11 days. Unfortunately, I do not feel I can recommend them for flooring installation, and I certainly would not use them again in the future.

Anthony and his team were amazing to work with. He was very accommodating and worked around our schedules. His team was clean, efficient, and thorough. We had a small hiccup with some minor damage to our flooring after install which was in no way the fault of Anthony or his team. He worked with us to get the issue resolved quickly. We are very pleased with the final product and plan to work with Anthony again in the future.

We worked with Anthony a second time to install vinyl flooring in an apartment unit. He was very thorough and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. He made a few suggestions that improved the aesthetics of the install, and the finished product looks great.

I needed all of my floor replaced, around 3500 sf. I chose vinyl plank floors. Anthony gave me a competitive quote. They did a great job and were very professional. The floors are beautiful. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
