I highly recommend Conejo! They were very professional, accommodating, and really worked with my schedule and specific needs. The person who helped me was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. They did a great job and left the area clean and tidy when they were finished. I’m very happy with the service I received, and if I have any future needs, which I hope I don’t, I will definitely be contacting Conejo again. Highly recommend!

We decided to replace our whole (A/C, Heater, Thermostat) 2 Furnaces for upstairs and downstairs (almost 25 years old from brand new house construction) to avoid other additional breakdown. We chose the mid-tier units. The company and their worker’s services are excellent. They were on time, efficient, kept our house clean while they work. The attic entrance need to be widen because of a built-in closet, they drape the house, widen the hole then repair and repaint the ceiling. After the project was finished I couldn’t tell that the hole was cut. Everything was done on time as promised. Installations looked good. I was shocked with how expensive things are nowadays, I didn’t get a second price quote since I feel it’s hard to compare labor and how quality the installation and what would be used as promised. I went with this company based on rating and good reviews. This is to say I don’t know if this purchase is good value or not. 5* reflects their services, communications with clients. Special thanks to Greg Jamroz who came to the house for his thoroughness. Greg is quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have. I purchased their maintenance service since we chose Hepa filters (and these are in the attic and need to be cleaned I believe every 6 months). Fingers crossed with long term relationship with this company :)

I can’t say enough good things about Conejo Services. Rafa and his team we’re very professional, courteous and hard-working. It was hard to imagine they could install my new AC system one day But they did! I am very pleased with my new A/C system. I will definitely recommend Conejo Services to anyone looking for a new A/C system.

Our 33 yr old unit died and this awesome team came starting with Erik as the service tech who thoroughly diagnosed and explained our system’s death by rust water and corrosion. Then came the recommendation for a new system, so a sales pro came within the hour to explain our options. I received a text message, and an email with a picture of who was coming and when, and Brandon with the products. We picked out what we wanted and got the best pricing. Two days later, Austin and his team of Brendan, Don and one other all showed up af 8am and installed an entirely new furnace, air-conditioning unit, thermostat, and brought everything up to code by 3pm. These guys were on time, super professional, and super nice - Brendan was smiling every time I checked in on the job. Austin did an incredible running this big one day install. They explained all the features of my new system and left the job site cleaner than they found it. I called two other small companies for competitive quotes and Conejo S was just a little bit more expensive, but they were the only bid that could offer the higher-end Bosch/rheem equipment, a one day install, and super fast turn around- this all happened within 4 days. We never missed a cool night’s sleep. The competitors claimed that Conejo is a large companies with a lot of staff and overhead and that their bids are usually high, but I did not find that to be the case. My neighbors also used Conejo services to do their two unit HVAC replacement and we chose them based on their recommendation, so we are the second happy customer on the street. Grateful for this awesome team and our updated A/C!
