Some insurance underwriters are rude and disrespectful. I have contacted one of the underwriters directly i had Jake Devine to verify some information on a client the way they respond answer the phone I was completely shocked the response..not professional or manners i was doing my best still be friendly and i still was cut off in a rude way...Very disappointed. They are some that are like cold and not helpful . What is going on over there?.Some hold a position as Senior Underwriters.
