Stunningly Staged Homes did a phenomenal job staging our house for sale. The design and layout were very thoughtful, making the entire space look beautiful and inviting. They were also incredibly easy to collaborate with. When I asked to scale back the amount of furniture in one particular room, they quickly adjusted the design and revised the quote. Communication was prompt and clear across all emails, and they stuck perfectly to the agreed-upon timelines. Their professional staging definitely helped drive buyer interest in our property. Melissa and her team are fantastic! I always have a staging consultation done for my sellers but haven't really used the staging services of bringing in furniture and accessories until this time. I am a huge believer now!!! Melissa did the initial consultation with my sellers giving them a to-do list of everything they needed to do to prep. She also recommended that they bring in a few pieces of furniture and accessories to modernize the home and really give it that "WOW" factor. On staging day, Melissa and her team brought in everything and rearranged the items my sellers had to transform their already pretty home in to a showcase. It was stunning and completely ready for the photo and video shoot! They used so many of the homeowners items but all of the pieces they added just made everything look brand new and current. Once photos and videos were taken, showings began. This home was in an area that doesn't normally get a lot of showings but we were slammed with showings and calls. We had multiple offers and were able to choose the strongest offer from a buyer who could work with my sellers' schedule. It was a perfect fit and because we had our choice of buyers and their realtors, it was a very smooth escrow. I 100% believe we got such a high price (setting the record for that neighborhood!) because of the staging from Stunningly Staged! I have since recommended them to multiple sellers who are all so excited about the advice and recommendations Melissa has given them.
