In one day was told to talk to 4 different people. No one knew what was going on. The whole process has been a nightmare with this escrow company. No one can do their jobs correctly but want sellers to rush to get things signed and notarized. Not who we chose to use and will not be using them in the future.

DO NOT USE!!! If I could give ZERO stars to these liars I would! They have been dragging their feet closing my house, and they are completely incompetent. They literally sent my bank payoff request via snail mail first of all. Then I had to do their job and get the payoff sent from my bank via fax because they said "they did not have the bank fax number." Apparently they have never heard of GOOGLE! NOW they claim that they did not receive the payoff document, which is a LIE because the bank has a received receipt with a time-stamp. The bank faxed me a copy, which I received within one minute! LIARS

The owner Nancy Hawkins is without a doubt one the rudest and most unprofessional human beings I have ever met in my life! They also STOLE money from me! I presented them with evidence I had prepaid the water and land rent prior to my closing,and even showed I OVERPAID for utilities. I was then charged $84.00 for water,when my highest bill all year was under $22.00, I was never given back the $196.00 in land rent either. From several prior posts,it is obvious this piece of trash steals money on every transaction! DO NOT USE THEM!

I have 24 years of experience in real estate and lending, I have never experienced an Escrow officer with such a greedy attitude as Nancy Hawkins Of Santa Clarita Escrow. She wants to charge a full cancelation fee for a service she did not provided. She even went to the extend of hiring a lawyer to defend herself for the complains I placed with the Department of corporations. She will NOT release my funds in escrow until I pay for the cancellation feel. The county of Riverside did not approved the installation of a manufactured home. I still need to pay money just to have my monies been reimburse to me. The mobile Home factory and Santa Clarita escrow has been a nightmare for me. Roberto Gallegos.

Do not do business with them if you give them a check they will run you through hoops to get it back. two months no check now I have to go to court. don't do it if you don't need the headache
