Huge thanks to Justin! Thanks to his amazing help with painting, flooring, and all the fine details, we received an offer way faster than expected. Even in today’s tough real estate market where price drops are common, Justin made all the difference. He guided us through everything—cabinet work, interior painting, flooring, and even picking out the perfect materials and colors. His years of experience really showed in every step of the process. We initially hired him for a large townhome painting project, and working with him again has been just as great. Finding a contractor you can truly trust can be difficult. There are so many situations where contractors take your money, make promises, and then fail to follow through—or unexpected costs start adding up. We never experienced any of that with Justin, whether it was a large project or a small job. Although we initially considered his pricing to be very reasonable, looking back, I honestly feel like we actually saved money by working with him. His pricing was fair, but more importantly, he helped us avoid unnecessary expenses, mistakes, and the headaches that often come with unreliable contractors. He always kept his word, communicated clearly, and made sure the job was done right. Justin is extremely honest, reliable, experienced, and a fantastic communicator from start to finish. He made the entire process completely stress-free, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust. I would definitely work with him again!

This was my first time managing a large-scale exterior painting project for our HOA, and Justin and his team at Royal Painting did an outstanding job. They completed the work safely and with excellent attention to detail, leaving everything looking clean and professional. What impressed me most was their communication. Unlike many contractors who are hard to reach, Justin was always responsive and quick to address any requests or concerns. Thanks to Justin’s extensive experience, he also provided many helpful suggestions that helped us save money in various areas. His color recommendations were perfect, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Safety was clearly a top priority for the team, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the project. They also referred several other homeowners during the job, and everyone they worked with was very satisfied. I highly recommend Royal Painting to any HOA or homeowner looking for reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective work. Thank you Justin and the whole team!

The entire experience was amazing. I had been putting off painting the exterior of my home for over a year because it felt overwhelming. I was concerned about picking out the right colors as well as undergoing a multiple day home project. However the owner Justin, as well as all the employees were patient, accommodating, and beyond meticulous. You could tell that they sincerely care about providing the best quality service and work and that they take pride in their workmanship. Just truly good hearted people all around which is not easy to come by these days. They were also very patient with me in selecting colors that I'd be happy with and assisted in recommending the right shades for the look I was trying to create (which is something that a lot of other painters brushed off during consultations). I'm not easily impressed but Royal Painting deserves 5 stars. Definitely give them a call and you'll know immediately that they're different from the others in attention, value, responsiveness and most importantly, work quality.

We’ve used them for several outdoor projects. They work efficiently, quietly, and professionally… all of which are important because we have two napping babies during the day. I’m so happy with their work, I don’t question continuing to use them for future projects!

Excellent experience with this company, would highly recommend. We had a big big job. They were efficient, timely, and clean. Best of all the paint job was great! Zero complaints. We gave them several last minute hurdles and they still worked so hard to deliver on time, all the while working to keep our home as safe as possible for kids living in a work zone. Justin has excellent customer service skills, that’s hard to come by. We would use again, and will in the future. Thank you for a great job Royal Painting!
