Thank you, Kirk. We appreciate you coming back to fix the leak and replace the pipes. Despite the experience, your willingness to stand behind your work and make things right is greatly appreciated. You will always be our first choice. Thank you for your dedication and professionalism.

We had a plumbing emergency when a shower fixture failed and the water would not shut off. Kirk from Plumbing by Kirk went above and beyond by personally helping us over FaceTime, walking us through the steps to safely isolate the issue and stop the water flow until a permanent repair could be made. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly generous with his time. In what could have been a very stressful situation, Kirk made us feel supported and confident that we could manage the issue until it was repaired. That level of customer service is hard to find, and it speaks volumes about both his expertise and character. We are extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend Plumbing by Kirk.

Kirk is AWESOME! I had a pretty small leak on my toilet shut off after I installed a new one. He walked me through on where and how to get and use a puller for the brass conical seal on the copper pipe coming out of the wall which btw worked perfectly. He also recommended using pipe dope which I did as well after installing new conical brass seal. No leaks! I will definitely call him for bigger projects because guys like that you can definitely trust! Thanks again Kirk! You are the man!!!

Kirk is the Man! My bathroom sink drain was backed up and clogged. I called to see how much he would charge me to come out and clear the drain. Instead of taking the opportunity to make some quick money. He took the time out of his day to walk me through step by step over FaceTime on how to do it myself. He instructed me on how to take apart the piping under the sink and use a drain snake to clear the blockage in the pipes! This man is a rare breed who genuinely cares about helping people. I will definitely be giving him a call in the future if I run into any plumbing problems. Thank You Sir!

I had an amazing experience with Plumbing by Kirk Inc.! I had a bathtub leak, and Kirk went above and beyond to help me fix it through a video call, offering his assistance for free, which I didn’t even ask for! He patiently guided me step by step through the entire process, even showing me exactly what I needed to get from Home Depot. Kirk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I’m so grateful for his assistance. Highly recommend Plumbing by Kirk Inc. for their exceptional service!
