Ariel Builders have exceeded my expectations, and gone above & beyond to give us a quality service. As you can see, our floors looked atrocious before the service, and they look almost unrecognizable after, in the best way possible. Tom helped us throughout the entire process, made sure we knew what we were getting, and ensured our vision came to life! Ariel builders not only provided us with the flooring service, but they made sure to wrap the room with protective plastic and cleaned up the entire area after they finished. If you’re looking to have your floors worked on, Ariel Builders are THE company to go with!

DON’T USE THEM. We are highly disappointed with this company. As new home owners three years ago, we decided to choose Ariel Builders for flooring, molding, and painting. It all seemed fine… at first. The floors started bowing and chipping just about 2 years in. We experienced an area that started cracking and that crack turned into something massive, affecting multiple planks. I called them as soon as I saw the crack starting to form and sent photos. I was told by Mary, the manager (who is terrible to work with), that it “wasn’t that big of a deal” and that she didn’t see what needed to be fixed. I had to send repeated photos of the area as it got worse. I kept being told that they would send someone to assess the floors. It was probably 8 months before they finally sent someone and by then, the damage was huge. Still, we were told that there was only a warranty on the floors themselves and not the labor, so they were wanting to charge us for it. The owner himself came to assess the floors and was still saying we were going to have to pay, but that they would set up the job for us. They didn’t call or follow up at ALL. It wasn’t until I finally posted a negative yelp review that all of a sudden we got their attention. They agreed to fix the floors for free because clearly was something done wrong with the original labor. Here we are less than ONE year later….tell me why the floors are already bowing. The molding also looks like shit in some areas. We will not be using this company for ANY reason, free or not, in the future. We are still paying for these floors through financing and already praying that these floors last long enough to even pay it off. We want a refund for this trash work!

We’ve now worked with Ariel Builders on two projects: a bathroom remodel and a master suite addition. Both experiences were excellent. The crew was punctual, tidy, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. They clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail of the finished space.

As someone who's always skeptical about home renovations, I was initially hesitant to hire a contractor. But Ariel Builders, Inc. truly exceeded my expectations. From the start, their team demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that gave me confidence. They took on a complete home remodel for us, and the results were stunning. Every detail was meticulously planned, from the kitchen layout to the new master suite. The project was completed on time, and the craftsmanship was impeccable. If you’re looking for a contractor who delivers quality work with precision, I highly recommend Ariel Builders, Inc.Si

Complete interior remodel. New kitchen. Painting. Re-finished hardwood floors. Plumbing and electrical repairs. Exterior patio. Great work - all of it done in house (nothing subbed out). Sadia, field manager, was responsive to everything. 5 Stars!
