We hired JEM Floor Covering for carpet installation in three upstairs bedrooms at our Woodland Hills home and had a great experience. George brought samples to the house, made sure everything was installed perfectly, and kept the project on time and on budget. Easy to work with, zero stress. Highly recommend for any flooring needs in the San Fernando Valley!

I called for a quote on doing the floor of my converted garage, and the very next day Jorge arrived with samples to choose from. His pricing was very reasonable, and he started work a couple days later and took only 3 days to paint my garage, and install new flooring and base boards. We are very happy with the results.

We recently had our hardwood oak floors refinished, sanded, and stained, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Jorge was incredibly thorough and detailed throughout the whole process. Every area — including our staircase — came out smooth, even, and beautiful. He was super easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and you can tell he really cares about doing quality work. We only did our top floor and staircase this round, but we definitely plan to have him back to finish the rest of the house. Highly recommend and great pricing!

Have used this company a number of times in the last 5 years, for both tile and hardwood installation. After 5 years the tile looks as good as the day it was installed. Recently finished installing hardwood installation in my total home, was done beautifully and exceedingly professional. Two neighbors have seen my floors and have used this company for their own homes , they are very satisfied and happy with the results. I would highly recommend considering this company for your flooring installations. They have also installed tile on my outdoor balcony and roof patio as well. I’m very happy and satisfied with the results. Jorge and his crew have always been through, clean, and the finished results are quite beautiful.

Jorge and his team did a fantastic job leveling the subfloor for my clients condo. He was open, honest, resourceful, had great communication and had the most competitive quote. They cleaned up after themselves in the common area so we had no issues with the HOA. The final results speak for themselves and the walking experience on the final floor is perfect. As a real estate agent, I won't hesitate to hire him again for the next job and encourage anyone that needs flooring services to give him a call!
