We had a great experience with Air Planet. Our old AC/furnace system failed and we decided it was finally time to do a proper overhaul and replacement of the central system. Nadav assessed the situation thoroughly and gave us clear options to consider. Once we made those choices, the install team swapped out the old and put in a modern AC/heat exchanger system and a couple of vents in strategic locations to improve cooling and airflow; it was all very turnkey and Nadav stayed in regular communication throughout the process to make sure all the details were done well, and answered all of our questions along the way. The install passed inspection and proper permits were also obtained. Recommended!

Amazing service! Air Planet is the first HVAC company that hasn’t tried any BS with me. They are honest, timely, communicative and friendly.

First of all, the initial inspection was very thorough. The two other companies that I had to give me a bid told me that I needed a condenser and a compressor. Nadav said that I only needed a compressor. He also discovered torn ductwork and a defective thermostat that had just been replaced by my regular maintenance company. Nadav’s technicians were very professional and repaired numerous defects as part of the work. The bid was THoUSANDS of dollars below the other companies. They also found trash that other service had left in the attic. I was so pleased with Nadav’s work that Immediately fired the company that serviced our system three times a year for thirty years for unprofessional conduct.

This is my second five star review of this company. Nadav is one of the rare contractors in Los Angeles that really cares about his customers. I hired Nadav to replace my entire HVAC unit. I only did he do an excellent job, I feel confident that he truly cared about the outcome, coming in to check on the project quality multiple times. I will be recommending him to all my friends in the future.

I had a great experience with Air Planet. I called to schedule a repair service on my system that stopped working on a cold evening. The technician showed up on time and was very polite and informative. He fixed my furnace and made sure that everything else was working correctly. I highly recommend them and definitely will call them in the future for any HVAC service and maintenance.
