We had a great experience with this company in 2024 and very happy to say we have not had a problem since! While they were not the cheapest, the methods used are thorough and extremely effective, and the lifetime guarantee back it up. They did great work.

I called the two numbers on the card. The response was timely, professional, immediate & they followed up with me generously. I was blown away to be honest. Upon arrival, Mario spent time clearing the affected areas and checking the other spaces too. He disinfected the trouble spots and was thorough & professional. I'm so glad we hired them, highly recommended!!

We were prepping our Encino home for sale when our contractor found droppings in the attic and garage. Called Rodents Stop and Jocelyne got us on the schedule within two days. Shay inspected and confirmed active nesting. Karin and Israel removed the old insulation, cleaned everything, and sealed entry points. Mario reinforced the garage wall. Carolina sent final photos and a report for our realtor. The buyers were impressed with how clean it was. This crew knows how to work fast and right.

I didn’t expect a rodent problem when I bought this place in North Hollywood, but here we are. Jocelyne helped me book quickly, and Shay showed up right on time. He found insulation damage and droppings that I would’ve missed. Miguel and Mario came the next day to clean and install fresh insulation. Karin sealed up some gaps in the fascia board. The attic looks completely different now. Everyone was professional and patient with my questions. It’s been silent up there since. Total upgrade from what I inherited.

Our commercial property in Glendale had persistent rodent issues, especially around the roll-up doors. Rodents Stop came highly recommended, and they lived up to the praise. Karin conducted a meticulous inspection, identifying multiple entry points. A few days later, Mario and his team performed a comprehensive exclusion, focusing on sealing the roll-up doors effectively. They also addressed the drop ceilings, replacing contaminated panels and ensuring no nesting sites remained. The professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Since their service, we've had no rodent sightings, and our facility feels secure. I highly recommend Rodents Stop for their thorough and effective approach to commercial pest control.
