I can’t say enough amazing things about Asep Contractors. As an interior designer, it’s extremely important to have a good working relationship with all parties involved in a project, especially the GC. As an extra layer, I came to LA to work on a project for a client but had no prior connections here. I took a chance with Asep and it was the best decision I made. Sep and his team were so professional and they worked within my tight timeline to get my project completed. I even had to go back to my home in Canada a bit early but never once did I feel nervous leaving Sep in charge. He provided me so many updates and kept the project running smoothly and within budget. It turned out incredible and needless to say, I will forever use Asep when I can & cannot recommend them enough!

Beautiful ADU and Home Addition I hired Asep Contractor to repair and complete an ADU project that had been left with significant construction deficiencies by a previous general contractor. From the very beginning, Asep and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They not only corrected all of the existing issues but also completed the project to a very high standard. In addition, Asep Contractor completed a home addition on my main residence, and the quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations. Every aspect of the work was handled efficiently, professionally, and with great care. The project was completed in compliance with city requirements, and all inspections were approved without any problems. The pricing was fair, reasonable, and transparent, with no surprises throughout the project. Communication was excellent, and they consistently kept me informed of progress and addressed any questions or concerns promptly. I am extremely pleased with the results and would not hesitate to hire Asep Contractor again for future projects. I highly recommend Asep Contractor to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, and dependable general contractor. Five stars all the way!

Sep and his team are incredibly professional, communicative, and efficient. We’ve greatly enjoyed working with them across multiple high profile retail locations in greater LA. Couldn’t recommend him more!!
