Why retail tenants in Vista work with electrical providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

I recommend Rick for anyone's electrical needs. After explaining my issue, hearing his service fees, he suggested I do some diy given the simplicity, and if I needed assistance I could call him for guidance at no charge. Luckily I was able to resolve the issue, but not without his suggestion. His rates were fair and he was honest and kind over the phone. We need more people like Rick.

I have used Richard Olinger Electric in the past and he was excellent, so I called him again for additional work. Lucy arrived at 8am and began her work and she did a fantastic job! She explained everything very well and was very professional. I would highly recommend Richard Olinger Electric and Lucy.

Richard Olinger Electric replaced my electrical panel, and the difference is night and day. The work was so clean that I am no longer worried about a fire starting. To top it off, Billy was so nice that he gave me one of their custom, handy-dandy pens. Thank you Richard Olinger Electric!

After being highly recommended I called Richard Olinger Electric to get some work done and now I have found my go to guy! Richard came out himself with his assistant, teaching her, and got the job done. I loved how he did everything in a timely manner and positive attitude.
