West Coast Flooring was a top notch experience for us! Woody was an exceptional resource for helping us find the perfect floor for our home. His knowledge and expertise, coupled with patience (we were indecisive), helped us with our project. David and Angel were our installation team and they did this job to perfection. Showing up on time and consistently and even finished early!!! What the heck? This isn’t something you often find in this industry. Overall experience 10+ out of 10!!! I can’t recommend this business enough!

I didn’t buy any flooring from here, but I do go to the church next-door. I am here every day and I see the forklift driver named Brian. Very experienced very quick very cordial. He unload semi trucks and a lot of private contractor trucks come in and he loads all those sometimes multiple at one time and he gets it done pretty quick. Just wanted to give him some recognition.

We have lived in Shadowridge for 25 years. Recently we made the decision to remodel our home and started the search for flooring. We looked at the usual suspects, Home Depot, Floor and Decor, Lowe’s, Rayo wholesale…. One day I remembered driving past West Coast flooring on the 78 and decided to make the short drive to visit showroom. Turns out to be a great decision. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff and met Woody. He assisted us in our search and 1/2 an hour later we were out the door with samples to check in our home.. my wife made her choice and a quick call to Woody put everything in motion. Within 2 days we were measured, given a great quote, and had an installation date set. Woody handled everything and we are very happy with our new floors. Awesome installation. The installers were friendly, efficient and professional. I strongly recommend West Coast flooring.

We are so incredibly happy with our new flooring! We went through Costco, who works with West Coast Flooring in the SD area. Our sales representative was Alfonso who was amazing! He came to our home to help us choose the right products for our various areas. He left us with samples and we were able to visit the showroom in Vista when we wanted to see more. He was very quick with his measurements and we got a quote the next day. We ended up with LVP, LVT and carpet. After getting a few quotes, we decided to go with Costco/West Coast since they ordered the materials for us and do the installation. They also use well-known products (like Shaw floors & carpet) with great warranties. The hard flooring (LVP and LVT) installers were absolutely amazing. Our foreman, Francisco, along with Sergio and Francisco were wonderful craftsmen. They worked diligently, were friendly and didn’t miss a day over our 2 week +3 day project where they replaced all of the flooring and baseboards in our 2700 square-foot house. Delphino and his wife did an amazing job with carpet installation in our bedroom and stairs & they did it all in one day! Both of the teams moved all of our heavy furniture out of the area being done and helped us move it back after. They were very respectful of our house and items. They hung plastic to keep dust at the minimum and swept, vacuumed and mopped after completing areas of flooring. We love the way our flooring and baseboards turned out and cannot thank Alfonso and Francisco enough. We are so happy Costco uses West Coast Flooring Center so we could have this wonderful experience. With their expertise, they kept us all calm and worry-free. Thank you West Coast!!

West Coast Flooring did our original hardwood install 8 years ago and when we decided to remove carpeting in a master to hardwood, we reached out to them again. They are really responsive (we worked with Woody - he was great!), got the quote to us quickly, answered all of our questions and did a phenomenal job with the install. The wood we originally used was out of stock and so they helped us find a good replacement alternative. We are very happy with the service and quality & highly recommend them!
