Working with the GreenLeaf team has been a delight. They are responsive and they look for solutions delivering great customer service. I work closely with Joscelyn Regalado on payroll processing and she is always available to assist. I truly enjoy working with everyone I have encountered on the organization.

My Personal rep Adam is absolutely fabulous and always responsive. His customer service is above and beyond. The program itself is a little cumbersome but workable. The tax department though is lacking. There have been several mistakes over the years and getting them fixed was problematic. They are better that ADP and QuickBooks though as far as responsiveness goes. I had a tax problem at ADP and it took two years to fix. Her it only took a couple of months, but I had to be on it. If they could fix their tax department and make the program itself a little easier to use, I would give it 5 stars.

I do payroll in 3 different systems, one is Green Leaf. I have been with them for almost 2 years. They by far give the best service and have the most knowledgeable staff. Everyone is so helpful and their response time is amazing. I have Kenny as my main contact for my payrolls and he is absolutely wonderful. Any rep, manager and anyone from tax have all been great and that is not something I can say for the other 2 systems I use. I would highly recommend them.

Greenleaf is really the best payroll service I have ever used and I have used them all. Everyone there has been so helpful but Perla Pena goes above and beyond. I am not that tech savvy and she never loses her patience with me! She’s a real asset to her company!
