Horrible customer service. From the main contact to the auto quote representative. They need training on phone etiquette and over all customer service. I called for an auto quote, right away they seem annoyed and impolite. I spoke with Emanuel gave him my information several times and once he quoted me and I said thank you he hung up on me. I called him back to ask him why he hung up and he said “I thought you were done”. That’s completely unprofessional I could have been a potential customer but with this first impression, no!! I can’t imagine if I had been a customer who actually needed help. Absolutely horrible experience.

Although my experience was a positive one at first and they got me all set up in less than a day. As soon as I made the payment, they stopped answering my texts and calls. I was left with a lot of questions and doubts as to what my policy covered. If you are in a rush to get insurance under one day this is probably your best option. However, if you are looking for for good customer service and a team that is there for you.. I would look elsewhere. I originally gave them 5 stars, but after being with them 8 month. I think 3 stars is being generous from my end.

Customer Service is superb! Kudos to Karen who helped me find exactly what I need and was so considerate of my budget. She definitely knows how to listen to her clients. Agents like her are an asset to this company. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and professional staff! I was amazed how quickly and easily the application process was. I needed fast and cheap insurance for an older vehicle that had lapsed coverage and I expected a lot of questions and paperwork but I was able to leave in less than 15 minutes with just the right policy I wanted for a very competitive price! I highly recommend these folks if you need insurance!
