Just had the exterior of our house painted – first time in 20 years and it *really* needed it. We did our due-diligence and requested job-walks and quotes from six different painters. Benito from BL Painting came back with an excellent offer. Superior prep-work and top-of-the-line Sherwin Williams paint – all at an excellent price. We selected BL Painting and are thrilled with the results. They really went the extra-mile. The crew showed-up on time and worked full days, finishing the job ahead of their promised schedule. Our home had the original colored stucco from 1991 and needed to be painted. We engaged and received quotes from three firms. We felt most comfortable with Benito who addressed our concerns made great suggestions and was a great listener and communicator. He started on a Friday so that the power wash would have time to dry by Monday. We asked for a prime coat, a spray and back roll and a final spray coat as we wanted a long lasting result. Every aspect of the job, the house and a low retaining wall was handled meticulously. Benito was active on the job and always keeping us posted on the work planned day by day. His crew of Marco, Alex and Miguel were exceptional and show a great deal of pride in their work. The prep work, including stucco patching, and patching under three thresholds and two pillars was beautifully done. Our house looks like a new home.
