Having two Upvel routers in the last few years, both quit working after about a year. The company advertised a two-year warranty and did honor the guarantee on the first one. It did take quite a lot of calling and emailing to get the replacement but they did come through eventually mailing me a refurbished unit that the power button was stuck in the on position, but it did work for a year and then quit.. But this week I've emailed and called them several times about a non-functioning router and am getting no response back to either a phone call or email. Be careful if you want a router that lasts more than a year or any customer service.
