Huge selection of very reasonable prices. I was greeted at the door asked if I needed any help. They do not hover you. But Assist when you need it. Eli help me gather everything I needed. Very grateful he even loaded my car

Bought some bathroom tiles after a couple of visits to floor and decor. Each time there were helpful representatives but Pedro and Erick stood out while assisting in making my purchase. The store is big with options for every budget.

Today I was extremely impressed by the outstanding customer service I received from Tanya! She helped me find some tile trim I needed and even helped me figure out how much I would need for my project. To top it off when she saw me standing in line waiting to pay she opened another register and got me out of there quickly. This lady is a gem and deserves a promotion!! Thanks Tanya you’re awesome!

tons of parking, convenient easy location, very clean and organized inside. Tons of selections. Attentive and helpful staff. Highly recommend this location and would return. Came here because they had tile another location did not have.

Armando at Floor & Decor is absolutely the best. He’s helped me for years with tile selection and design, and his guidance has made a huge difference in how my projects turned out. From helping me with my bathrooms in the past, to now helping me dial in the perfect materials for my step landing, he’s consistently patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in getting it right.
