I had a fantastic experience with Top Air Heating & A/C, especially with their technician Lim. From the moment he arrived, Lim was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about AC repairs. What impressed me most was his honesty — he didn’t try to upsell or overestimate the issues, and his pricing was transparent and fair. Lim efficiently diagnosed the problem, explained the repair process clearly, and work was completed promptly with great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to find a service provider that values integrity and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Top Air Heating & A/C and will certainly call them again for any future HVAC needs. Thank you, Lim, for your outstanding service!

I had a fantastic experience with Top Air Heating and AC of West Covina! From start to finish, the service was top-notch and professional. I called them for a repair, and not only were their prices very reasonable, but they also sent out Lim P., a truly outstanding technician. Lim arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, explain what was going on with my system, and even offered some really helpful advice on how to keep everything running efficiently. Most importantly, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Lim is honest, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone so professional and reliable these days. If you’re looking for quality HVAC service at a fair price with technicians you can trust, I highly recommend Top Air Heating and AC—especially if you get the chance to work with Lim P.!

Our experience with Top Air Heating company was great . Mr. Lim was very professional and friendly and most important thing, he was honest with the issue that we have. Mr. Lim took the time explaining us what the problem was. His priority is customer service satisfaction. I truly recommend the company to all my friends.

Had our 6 month service yesterday and needed to replace a part from the original install decades ago and Lim was awesome tracking it down and retrofitting it. I am so glad I joined their membership program last summer as it allotted us a great discount. This company is awesome. Our A/C went down yesterday late afternoon while I was at work. So I called this morning and spoke with David who was very helpful and professional. Luckily he was able to get a technician out this afternoon. Andy arrived and was super friendly, helpful and efficient... basically he rocked! Our problem was pretty minor considering how old our system is and he had the replacement part in the truck. Andy explained everything and got us squared away. The service fee for the housecall was waived with the repairs. The prices were very reasonable and we decided to sign up for the twice yearly maintenance plan which saved us 20% off our bill. I highly recommend this company and if it were me I would request Andy. Definitely feeling peace of mind now that we have the benefit of the service plan as well... money well spent.

My experience with top air have always been a pleasure from day one. Their technician lim have been very professional and helpful since installing the AC unit. Since the heat is about to pick up again lim stopped by to do a regular maintenence and went beyond to also check on other stuff with the system to ensure I will have no issues once it get hot. They take pride in their work and also take care of their customer.. pleasure to deal with and would recommend anyone who's looking for AC services without the headache to give them a call.
