Absolutely wonderful experience working with Luis on behalf of Samuel Lawrence Foundation. He was incredibly prompt and thorough in responding to the job prompt, and gave us an in-depth analysis of what he can do for us, and what he believes should be the priority to focus on. We needed someone who could work with the limited budget of a non-profit organization while taking charge of most of the stylistic and executive decisions, almost serving as a temporary expert to help us figure out what our website needed to become competitive professionally. He was very responsive in giving us his quotes, and even adjusting what services he was able to give us based on our most urgent needs within our budget. Even after he delivered what we needed, he was quick to respond to any big or small scale emergencies we needed while within the terms of his contract, and on average he is able to respond to our problems any time between a few hours to at most half a day.
