In this age where you can get everything online getting amazing customer service is hard specially in the location where you can easily be neglected. Today I had a great experience for the first time at Office Depot. It all started with a simple greeting at the door, followed by a quick answer to a simple question and finalizing the quick transaction made it one of the best experiences ever. I will say that Nate had everything to do with it simply because I did not go in to the store for a major purchase.

Customer service here was top tier. They were super nice and attentive. I told them about my situation that I needed a project to be printed out as a bind book within an hour. They printed it the same day after 2pm. I appreciate them for doing that. I was more than satisfied.

I absolutely have loved this Office Depot for many years to help me with printing and or any questions for projects I am doing. However, today I went in and was waiting for a while for questions to be answered in the copy area, so I thought maybe I can ask the cashier that was checking people out a simple question. He said oh I’m sorry you need to get in that line and I asked him. I just have a simple question as to whether something can be printed or not. Mind you I have a cast and unable to stand in line for too long,. Therefore, I had to go on here and give a bad review for today. I just hope that the customer service improves.. I ended up leaving as I had to get back and wait in line and he refused to help

This Office Depot is one of its smallest stores I had been. What it lacks for size is compensated by the excellence of its service. I was attended to by the general manager herself, Katie. Not only did she discounted the printing cost through a store coupon, she also bound my booklet at no cost. This is most helpful because my business expenses are over the top already. When she gave me my receipt, she mentioned in particular the $10 coupon that I could use for my next purchase. I know she is already tired due to the influx of customers but she still served me with everything she got. There were two young lady associates who were also serving the customers well. Those who want their printing jobs done are directed to fall in line. For faster service, the print jobs maybe emailed to them ahead of time. It is fine too if the file is in a USB. Compared to another print shop, the printing cost here seems cheaper. To the Office Depot Manager Katie and staff, thank you for your great service today!
