Dealing with HVAC issues that arise suddenly during a heatwave are incredibly stressful and HVAC Consulting Solutions really came to my rescue. The communication and customer service provided by Traci was fast and professional. She responded to me quickly and was able to get one of her techs (Jose) out to my house the very same day and he was able to promptly fix the main issue (a pipe had separated from the system and the condenser was dripping water into the insulation above my dining room). Jose was professional and answered all of my questions and concerns He explained to me in detail what the problem was and what needed to be done to remedy the issue. He also showed me before and after photos from my attic. In addition, he installed a float safety switch, cleaned the drain pan, and flushed out my main and secondary drain lines. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and absolutely recommend Traci and the team at HVAC Consulting Solutions after my experience with them. I’m one happy customer.

I had 4 quotes and I’m so glad I chose HVAC Consulting. Great company to work with. Timely responses to my questions, concerns, and initial quote for a new HVAC. Very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in the entire process from pricing, installation (including the crane needed for third level install), to follow-up on their work done. Craig and his crew did a great job on getting it all done in one day, having my new a/c up and running by that late afternoon, just in time for the very hot days ahead. Thank you Craig and Traci for an excellent job. It was a pleasure working with you.

Outstanding service, price, and labor. There is a lot of options in the SFV for HVAC techs but Craig and his team have to be among the best. We had an issue with an older unit, and Craig was able to find us the best solution, accomodate us, and all within a timely manner!

did great job. had received a price of 15000 from champion hvac. they said i needed to replace my whole air handler and coil and a and all hosing. Craig people came in and all i needed was a new coil. cost 3500

I highly recommend HVAC Consulting Solutions Inc. Craig, the owner, is incredibly kind, trustworthy, and attentive. I’ve had several friends use his company over the years, and they all spoke very highly of their experiences, now I completely understand why. I hired them to replace an entire HVAC system. They coordinated everything seamlessly, including bringing in a crane for the installation. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Craig and his team even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working properly, which I truly appreciated. I received a few other estimates beforehand, and their pricing was very competitive. What really set them apart, though, was the level of personal attention and care Craig provided, far beyond what I expected. I will absolutely continue working with HVAC Consulting Solutions Inc. moving forward. If you’re having any issues with your system, I strongly suggest giving them a call.
