I've used Prime Custom Hardwood Floors (aka West Hollywood Hardwood Floors) twice now, and both times they've been fantastic. The first time was back in May 2023 to repair some damaged floorboards after a refrigerator delivery went wrong. The quality of the repair was excellent, so when a bigger project came up in another part of my house, they were my first call. David, the founder of this family-owned and operated business, came out to do the estimate himself. He's calm, clearly experienced, and made the whole process really easy to navigate. He suggested I head to a nearby showroom to look at options and bring a piece of my existing floor so I could get a good match. The people at the showroom knew David well and had clearly worked with him for years, which gave me even more confidence that I was in good hands with the right materials for the job. David initially estimated the work would take a day, but his team blocked off three days just in case, to make sure they'd hit my deadline. They showed up early on day one, worked hard all day, and got the entire job done flawlessly in that single day. It looks amazing. Honestly, I'm already thinking about the next project I could hire them for. Can't recommend them enough.

David and his team did a fantastic job on our floors for a reasonable price! They installed red oak flooring in our bedroom, and matched the existing flooring perfectly. They worked hard to get the project done in a short period of time so it wouldn’t be too disruptive, since we work from home. David even helped us figure out how to do a few DIY floor projects – we were doing some spot repairs on the floor in other parts of our home. They were communicative, meticulous, and worked hard. We highly recommend Prime Custom Hardwood.

Overall Excellent Job,

I had Prime Hardwood Floors install engineered hardwood floors in my sons bedroom. They were quick and efficient. The workers were nice and the office was very responsive. Definitely will have them back to install the floors in the rest of the home. 10/10. Super happy.

BEWARE!! Garbage service. Would not recommend.
