He is honestly the most caring and dependable insurance agent I have ever encountered. He is always immediately responsive with answers to questions, he answers the phone most times I call and if I leave a message he calls right back. In the past with other agents, I’ve had to chase them down to get a call back, and then they had a demeanor like they were doing me a favor by getting back to me. However, David really cares. And he takes the time to patiently explain details of the policy, no matter how many times I ask. And he takes the time to ask the right questions to ensure that the policy is tailored specifically to our needs.
