Julia Stark’s work is more than just design. One of our clients fell in love with the decor during a showing, bought the house and furniture, and then hired Julia for their Aspen home.

Julia’s staging has a way of making even huge estates feel intimate. She designed and staged our 12,000-square-foot property in Beverly Hills, and every room felt purposeful and chic. Buyer was in escrow 6 weeks later.

Julia Stark’s work on a $30M listing we had in Bel Air was nothing short of art. Her custom furniture, layout design, and finishes made the home feel effortlessly luxurious. It sold to a foreign investor 7 weeks after staging.

Our developer brought in Julia to help with final staging on a spec project in the Hills. Her custom pieces, her color sense, and her layout choices made the home feel like it was designed for someone famous. It sold in under 60 days.
