I came here and asked a basic laptop because my manager who’s job is only following up with my customers by phone takes longer time and asked a laptop. That is why, we only look for the cheapest laptop, because we will need only for 1 task. I bought a laptop Lenovo for 329$ and the manager said to me why I am buying not good, bad laptop ? I was shocked, of its bad laptop why are you selling it ?! Also, I explained my situation that I only need for only 1 task , I can afford expensive laptop but that’s the point of that ?! I’m 10 years in customer service industry and this is not a professional behavior to say to customer why they are buying bad product as a seller. My question is why are you selling the Lenovo then if you believe it’s bad product ?! Please be respectful to any customer doesn’t matter they are buying 10 k laptop or 300$ laptop as long as you are worker of this company and never say to customer their product is bad. Customer should feel happiness when they are buying something from you not a sadness. If your products are really bad then not sell it!!!

I bought AirPods 4 from Best Buy, and I’m very disappointed. The microphone has serious issues. During phone calls, people constantly complain that they can barely hear me or that my voice cuts in and out. For a product at this price, this is completely unacceptable. I expected premium quality, but instead I received a defective pair. Because of this experience, I do not recommend buying AirPods from this Best Buy location. The product I received was faulty, and it completely ruined my experience.

When I started shopping for our kitchen appliances and researching extended warranty, Best Buy’s geek squad got the best reviews, hands-down! The website wasn’t very user-friendly so we ended up going into the store and I’m so glad that we did! Jose was absolutely incredible and made what could have been an overwhelming appliance shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. We came in looking to purchase an entire kitchen package including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator, and Jose truly went above and beyond from start to finish. We originally had lower prices from Lowe’s, but preferred Best Buy because of the Geek Squad extended warranty and service. Jose carefully went through every single appliance we were considering, which started at around 12 different options, and explained the differences between each one in a way that was so knowledgeable, patient, and easy to understand. He never rushed us or made us feel pressured. What impressed us most was that he didn’t just price match the Lowe’s pricing. He went out of his way to find additional promotions and discounts on the exact appliances we wanted and actually ended up beating the Lowe’s price we walked in with. On top of that, he even gave us his personal cell number in case we had any follow up questions or needed to make any changes after we left, which really showed how much he cares about his customers. Jose was friendly, honest, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us make the best decision for our home and budget. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. If you’re shopping for appliances at Best Buy, ask for Jose. You will be in amazing hands! thank you, Jose!!!!!

Best Buy on La Brea delivers a solid shopping experience—it’s a very good store overall, with a wide selection of electronics, appliances, and gadgets, just as you’d expect. That said, it’s also very much a typical Best Buy: lots to browse, not always easy to find someone to help right away. The staff, when available, are knowledgeable and friendly. Once I got someone’s attention, they were genuinely helpful and knew their stuff. But getting there took some patience—they were clearly stretched thin, helping multiple customers at once. Product selection was broad, with a ton of models across brands, but frustratingly, they were out of stock on the most popular versions of what I came in to get. It’s the classic case of “everything except the one you want.” Still, being able to see and handle the options in person was useful, and I was able to make a solid second-choice purchase. The location is convenient, and the store is clean and well-organized. Overall, a very good experience—just not quite seamless. Four stars.
